Privacy Policy
Effective August 22, 2026
What we collect
Sentinel may collect your Discord account identifier and profile details used for sign-in, purchase and license records, download history, support messages, and basic technical information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and service logs.
Checker and report data
Sentinel may process player identifiers, lobby or room information, detected mod signatures, movement flags, and report details when those features are used. Avoid submitting private information in free-text reports.
How we use information
- Provide sign-in, licenses, downloads, and support.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Sentinel.
- Detect abuse, enforce product rules, and investigate service problems.
- Complete payments and maintain transaction records.
Payments and other services
Payments and Discord sign-in may be handled by third-party providers. They process information under their own privacy policies. Sentinel does not need to store your full card number when payment is handled by a payment provider.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers that help run Sentinel, when required by law, to protect the service or other people, or as part of a business transfer. Personal information is not sold for advertising.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including security, accounting, dispute, and legal needs. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee complete security.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete account information through the Sentinel Discord or normal support channel. Some records may need to be retained for security, payment, or legal reasons.
Children
Sentinel is not intended to collect personal information from children who cannot legally consent to its use. A parent or guardian should contact support if they believe a child submitted personal information without permission.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the product or its practices change. The effective date above will be revised when that happens.
